PT Honda Prospect Motor atau HPM merupakan ATPM (Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merk) dari merek dagang Honda yang memiliki hak untuk mengimpor, merakit dan memproduksi kendaraan dengan menggunakan merk Honda di Indonesia. HPM memiliki kantor pusat yang terletak di Jakarta Utara, sedangkan pabriknya terletak di Karawang, Jawa Barat. Produk-produknya yang ada di pasaran diantaranya Honda Jazz, Honda CR-V, Honda Civic, Honda Brio, Honda Accord, Honda City dan juga Honda Odyssey. Saat ini, HPM memiliki sekitar 85 dealer yang tersebar di Nusantara. Lalu, pada tahun 2014, HPM mulai mengoperasikan pabrik keduanya sekaligus meluncurkan lini baru produknya yakni Honda Mobilio. 1. Trainer-Parts Strategy Planning
Develop skills and knowledge of Honda spare parts in each dealer by planning and organizing training, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the training.
Major:
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering

2. Sales Planning Staff
Make a plan to achieve sales targets, monitor the targets, and analyze the result also make appropriate marketing strategies that can be implemented by a Honda dealer in each area.
Major:
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, Business
- Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta
3. IT Staff
Create, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software and application to support company activities.
Major:
- Bachelor of Informatics Engineering, Information System, Information Technology, Computer Engineering
- Have an experience in the same field min. 1 year

4. Procurement Staff
Maintain a good relationship with vendors/suppliers, control the quality of local parts, monitor the performance and quality of local part suppliers, as well as monitor local part orders based on production plans.

5. Frame Production Staff
Ensure the production process run on target, analyze, and make continuous improvements in the working system, oversee 5S and OHS implementation in the production line according to safety regulations, manage human resources in the frame production area.

6. Legal Staff
Perform legal drafting and reviewing various company agreements (including national and international cooperation) both in Indonesian and English, giving opinions on legal issues in the company, and handle business license of the company.

- Bachelor of Law

- As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.
Here are the general qualifications:
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking
- Have an interest in the automotive field (automobile)
- Discipline, firm and have a strong leadership
- Proficient in English (both oral & written)
